Amanita
Medieval Fantasy (16th century)
Amanita and her friend were sent by Astarah on a treasure hunt across the lands of Sheheron, Elfdales and Accord. For each of these places they received a scroll that can only be opened there. On their way to Sheheron, the ship they were in was attacked. The friend was taken by the Avian to a Herbal Healer's hut and Amanita, the mage, transformed into a mermaid after she opened the Sheheron scroll, with the Seahorses of Sheheron heraldry, and found herself later with a magic lamp in her hands and in the house of a Baba Yaga. At the old woman's house, she makes a deal to give away one of her wishes in exchange for help on how to open the lamp. Amanita eventually opens it, only to end up getting inside the Djinn's lamp, where he makes an unusual offer: Infinite wishes, under the condition that for every wish of hers he fulfills, she fulfills his. The first of the Genie's wishes leads the young mage to a Prism Hall, where she gets a special, mysterious book in her hands.
Anna
Victorian Era (1889)
Lady Anna Kessinger, Countess of Daerington's backstory is a very interesting one. She told her friend, whilst in a carriage heading towards Greene's Castle, that her parents mysteriously died when she was a young girl and therefore she was raised by her Uncle (Henry). Authorities were divided between the ones who thought Anna's father, a man connected to an obscure heirloom that wanted to pass it on to his daughter, really died and the ones who thought he faked his death. After her father's death, the family heirloom disappeared, and now, much older, with the help of the Duchess, who left her a book at the Royal Ball, possibly with clues, Lady Anna is willing to find more about this heritage and the true circumstances of her father's death. During their journey, Anna "dreams" that she and her friend didn't make it to Greene's Castle as they planned and got stranded in a mysterious forest. After she wakes up, Anna finds herself inside the carriage, arriving in Mayhorn. During her stay at Sir Dempsey's Manor, the Countess receives a package, containing the book given to her by the Duchess, which she sent her musician friend to analyse. The friend's analysis hints towards the connection between the contents of the book and an ancient technology, one that reacts to sound. It is later confirmed that night, as the cathedral bells ring, that the musician's theory is true.
Angelica
1980s
Angelica's assignment with her classmate is about "Witchcraft as a form of escapism". She plans on asking for the help of a Professor Lamari, a redhead (like Astarah) who was responsible for bringing most of the items in the University's Museum, on this assignment. Angelica plans on making this proposal to the professor at the student-teacher college party.
Aries
Sci-Fi (23rd Century)
Aries Kalyniet Keohanes, for quite some time, spent her days alone in an AI-dominated area working for them alongside her friend, Ronny, the robot. One day Ronny finds a mysterious character (POV) in what seems to be a spaceship wreck (be it the result of a war or an attack) and Aries has to perform a head surgery on them, finding out in the process that this person has lost their memory. While in recovery, a weird dream this patient has leads Aries to a can with several objects and two formulas leading to a much bigger piece of information about this person: she is not dealing with an unidentified alien with memory loss who can't find their way home but with a possible time-traveler who once had in their hands the formula of immortality. She planned on taking her newly found company to the AI base, but this mystery might not be something they are willing to handle, leaving this for her to uncover with her two companions. Knowing that, Aries decides to go to an inactive base, and use a device called the 'Crown' to deeper examine the patient. There, she finds out the cause of the amnesia is not physical, but it rather seems to be psychological. Whatever caused this is another intriguing mystery about the explorer's unexpected "guest".
